The Simpcw Health Program designs its programs and services to be responsive to the needs and priorities identified by the community, staff, and leadership. Data collected from the Community Needs Assessment 2022, community planning sessions, and strategic planning sessions provided valuable information for the Strategic Plan 2022, a guiding document for the Simpcw Health Board and staff. Acknowledging our commitment to innovation and best practices, in 2022, the Board and the Simpcw Health Program received international recognition at the Towards Unity Health Conference for their community-based consultation process for the identification of key health priorities and strategies.
