Hydro Daylighting Project: Dunn Lake Road
Starting February 17 through March 20
Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm
A wildfire mitigation project will take place along Dunn Lake Road between the SRG Office and the Simpcw First Nation Office.
This project involves removing trees within one tree length of the existing Hydro power line to help reduce wildfire risk and prevent fire starts caused by trees falling onto power lines.
Traffic impacts:
There will be intermittent road closures (maximum 20 minutes) between 9am–4pm.
If you are experiencing an emergency and need immediate access through the work zone, please notify the flagger at either end of the closure so operations can be stopped and you can pass safely and quickly.
