Between February 9-13, 2026 you may notice Encepta vehicles and personnel in your community.
Encepta has been contracted by TELUS to do an infrastructure review – inspecting poles, cabinets, etc. They will be sticking to public roads and areas and there is no need for them to enter your yard or home.
Their vehicle(s) will be clearly marked with the Encepta name and logo, and staff will be wearing Encepta ID tags and high-visibility vests
