Notice to Louis Creek 4 Residents
Between September 7–11, 2026, Encepta personnel will be working in the Louis Creek 4 community on behalf of TELUS to take photos and measurements of poles and overhead cables. They will not need to enter yards or homes.
Encepta vehicles will be clearly marked, and staff will be wearing identification and high-visibility vests.
