DESCRIPTION:For Youth (Grades 4 and up)\, Adults\, Parents\, and Caregivers (until available spots are filled)\n\n\n\nEngage and participate in a shared learning experience! Each day will begin with breakfast in the mornings and then a Bullying Prevention Session starting at 10am with customized content for Youth (grade 4+ up to 18 years old)\, and a separate session for Adults\, Caregivers\, and those 19+. After a catered lunch break participants will join back together in Managing Me sessions to focus on emotional regulation and wellness! Together\, youth\, adults\, caregivers\, and parents will strengthen the ability to create safe\, inclusive\, and positive environments both online and within the community and day to day life.\n\n\n\nA Deeper Dive into Managing Me Session:\nThis program empowers youth\, parents\, adults and caregivers with practical tools\, knowledge and strategies to manage emotions\, make positive choices\, and build healthy\, supportive relationships.
